Cool Ramen shop off the beaten path. I went simple with the base Ramen and miso tare adding the short ribs and pork belly as toppings. The pork was pull apart tender and satisfying the short ribs had a fabulous smokey char but I felt that they needed a touch of braising to tender them. The broth was delicious but a bit thin. Overall I really enjoyed my food. I should also mention that the service was very friendly and efficient.

We love ramen and super wanted to love this place, but we thought it was only okay. The ramen was not nearly flavorful enough for us. Maybe we didn’t get the right one? The server wasn’t much help when we asked for recommendations. The short ribs were pretty decent, but small amount for the price. The ambiance was cool, but it felt kind of odd since we weren’t greeted for a minute or two, so I’d say the service was just okay.

Super delicious ramen and pretty authentic! A hidden restaurant deep into a suburb. As a vegetarian, I didn’t feel forgotten. Both Tonkotsu ramen and ginger-garlic abura ramen were delicious. The yuzu salmon salad appetizer with the strawberries and senbei was super good too. The house pickles were good enough that I asked for some to take home (to which I was obliged). We came right at opening time on a weekday and it was about half full. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Next time we’re in the area, we’ll definitely back with friends.

The tonkotsu was amazing! I can't say enough how nice the quality of the food and decor was. They had real flowers in the centerpieces on each table! You don't see that anywhere else anymore! You walk in and order at a kiosk or use a QR code at your table which was actually a nice experience. Definitely recommend to anyone taking a significant other or just want a laid back place to come with a friend. Not much seating for singles other than the little bar area.

This is the best and most authentic bowl of Ramen I've had in the Midwest. I'll be returning to check out their other menu items!

Wow! Ramen Belly is one of those hidden gems that becomes a destination location. Judging from the many tables filled with family and friends, it's a popular place to eat. Nice atmosphere. I met the owner, who was really friendly. It's always a good sign when the owner is present and stting a good example for employees. I ordered a 'tall' can of Dark Morello Cherry & Pomegranate sparkling water, S. Pellegrino brand. Delicious. They have some other rare flavors as well. Will definitely return with the family for a full dinner.

Staff went above and beyond to make my baby and teenagers enjoy themselves. Juice boxes and snacks were génial! Ramen Belly isn't just a perfect place to dine, it is an an Institution.
